Don't want to overstate it, but Recharge changed my life! The instructors/coaches are all first rate and not only do they know their stuff, but they share their knowledge with you with lighthearted humor and great respect - like a good friend would! The workouts are intense, but don't destroy you, and after you start getting the hang of it the whole experience becomes quite addictive! Cannot praise them highly enough! Never leave there not feeling significantly better than when I walked in!

Recharge is an amazingly supportive, welcoming community with physical therapist coaches who are knowledgeable, encouraging, and dedicated to helping each member make sustainable progress. The workouts are well-rounded, challenging, purposeful, and – dare I say it? - fun. I have never been a “gym” person, but Recharge is a place where I have learned that I am far more capable than I imagined, and I am surrounded by people who want me to succeed. Having used the PT side of Recharge, I can attest to the coaches’ ability to get you through an issue you may have and to modify workouts so that you can participate in a safe, yet fully productive manner. I have also recently utilized the women’s health program and am seeing positive progress in particular areas of my health that I previously felt were things I’d just have to live with. It’s been 10 months since I walked through the doors to my first session and I cannot imagine being this happy anywhere else.

Recharge is the community I was looking for to be supported and challenged to get stronger and more fit with a fun group of people, The coaches and the members together make a strong community and that gets me off the couch and into class! I know that whoever is in class with me will be a friend who will work hard, stretch to try new things and enjoy the challenges, all while we cheer each other on. Great coaching, great community!
